Hi, thanks for stopping by.
As an experience designer, I solve problems for people and businesses and create thoughtful and seamless experiences across services and digital products.
Taking a human-centered design approach, I use data-driven research to understand human behaviour and design digital product, experiences, services and interactions that meet the users' need.
As a design consultant, I help my clients gain a clearer understanding of who their customers/target audience are and what they need, and identify the right problem to solve. Working collaboratively, I create holistic, strategic, research-driven solutions, across process, data and technology that includes the needs of the customer and the business.

I spent some time learning ceramics in Japan and enjoy applying many of the principles I learned to how I approach my work. What we create needs to be a process of iteration as nothing is perfect, and to refrain from being married to a design or solution, as it’s important to let insights & data drive outcomes.
I love to be learning constantly and getting out of my comfort zone. I live to explore new places, have adventures, be out in nature, and to inject positivity into people’s lives.
Graphic Design
When time permits, I freelance as a graphic designer. I carefully craft memorable, bespoke designs and have experience in branding, logos, typography, packaging design, business cards, flyers, posters and other collateral.
Ceramics
My other side hustle is creating simple Japanese-style wheel-thrown ceramics. I was trained in Japan by Hiroshige Kato, a 12th generation Japanese pottery master, who specialises in the highest quality Akazu-yaki and Setomono tableware.
My work is influenced by simple, natural Japanese aesthetics as well as the beautiful concept of wabi-sabi - the discovery of beauty in imperfection, by acknowledging three simple realities: nothing lasts, nothing is finished and nothing is perfect.
Art + Illustration
I’m currently working on fine-tuning my illustrative and hand lettering skills that I look forward to sharing.
